How to download and setup meteor-partitioner

git clone https://github.com/Meteor-Community-Packages/meteor-partitioner.git

You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with meteor-partitioner https://github.com/Meteor-Community-Packages/meteor-partitioner/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone meteor-partitioner with SSH
