How to download and setup picam

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/elixir-vision/picam.git

it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with picam https://github.com/elixir-vision/picam/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone picam with SSH
