How to download and setup propel
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/Olical/propel.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of propel repositories.

Also you may download zip file with propel https://github.com/Olical/propel/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone propel with SSH
