How to download and setup quda
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/lattice/quda.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of quda repositories.

Also you may download zip file with quda https://github.com/lattice/quda/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone quda with SSH
