How to download and setup serializer-pack
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/symfony/serializer-pack.git

Also you may download zip file with serializer-pack https://github.com/symfony/serializer-pack/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone serializer-pack with SSH
