How to download and setup skt
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/CKI-project/skt.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of skt repositories.

Also you may download zip file with skt https://github.com/CKI-project/skt/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone skt with SSH
