Tibanna helps you run your genomic pipelines on Amazon cloud (AWS). It is used by the 4DN DCIC (4D Nucleome Data Coordination and Integration Center) to process data. Tibanna supports CWL/WDL (w/ docker), Snakemake (w/ conda) and custom Docker/shell command.

How to download and setup tibanna

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/4dn-dcic/tibanna.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of tibanna repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
