How to download and setup wsl
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/discourse-pro/wsl.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of wsl repositories.

Also you may download zip file with wsl https://github.com/discourse-pro/wsl/archive/master.zip
