基于HLS协议，将直播流延迟设置的时间长度。用来抵御网络瞬间抖动，而造成的直播流卡顿等问题。（Based on the HLS protocol, the live stream is delayed for a set length of time. It is used to resist the instantaneous jitter of the network, which causes problems such as freezing of the live stream）

How to download and setup DE-streamdelay

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/DExpress-dev/DE-streamdelay.git
