A dock for the Gnome Shell. This extension moves the dash out of the overview transforming it in a dock for an easier launching of applications and a faster switching between windows and desktops.

How to download and setup dash-to-dock

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/micheleg/dash-to-dock.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of dash-to-dock repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with dash-to-dock https://github.com/micheleg/dash-to-dock/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone dash-to-dock with SSH
