This R package is designed to obtain USGS or EPA water quality sample data, streamflow data, and metadata directly from web services.
How to download and setup dataRetrieval
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/DOI-USGS/dataRetrieval.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of dataRetrieval repositories.
You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with dataRetrieval https://github.com/DOI-USGS/dataRetrieval/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone dataRetrieval with SSH
