How to download and setup ensime-server
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/ensime/ensime-server.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of ensime-server repositories.

Also you may download zip file with ensime-server https://github.com/ensime/ensime-server/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone ensime-server with SSH
