geoknife
R tools for geo-web processing of gridded data via the Geo Data Portal. geoknife slices up gridded data according to overlap with irregular features, such as watersheds, lakes, points, etc.
How to download and setup geoknife
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/USGS-R/geoknife.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of geoknife repositories.
You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with geoknife https://github.com/USGS-R/geoknife/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone geoknife with SSH
[email protected]:USGS-R/geoknife.git
