How to download and setup libmsr

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/LLNL/libmsr.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of libmsr repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with libmsr https://github.com/LLNL/libmsr/archive/master.zip
