How to download and setup postgresql_cluster
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/vitabaks/postgresql_cluster.git

You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with postgresql_cluster https://github.com/vitabaks/postgresql_cluster/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone postgresql_cluster with SSH
