How to download and setup shx
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/shelljs/shx.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of shx repositories.

Also you may download zip file with shx https://github.com/shelljs/shx/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone shx with SSH
