How to download and setup pROC

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/xrobin/pROC.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of pROC repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with pROC https://github.com/xrobin/pROC/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone pROC with SSH
