DCC

DCC uses output from the STAR read mapper to systematically detect back-splice junctions in next-generation sequencing data. DCC applies a series of filters and integrates data across replicate sets to arrive at a precise list of circRNA candidates.

How to download and setup DCC

Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/dieterich-lab/DCC.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of DCC repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with DCC https://github.com/dieterich-lab/DCC/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone DCC with SSH
