How to download and setup phpenv
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/phpenv/phpenv.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of phpenv repositories.

Also you may download zip file with phpenv https://github.com/phpenv/phpenv/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone phpenv with SSH
