How to download and setup pkl

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/apple/pkl.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of pkl repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with pkl https://github.com/apple/pkl/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone pkl with SSH
