How to download and setup raxml-ng

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/amkozlov/raxml-ng.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of raxml-ng repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with raxml-ng https://github.com/amkozlov/raxml-ng/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone raxml-ng with SSH
