Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/groupon/sparklint.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of sparklint repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with sparklint https://github.com/groupon/sparklint/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone sparklint with SSH
