How to download and setup ANIclustermap

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/moshi4/ANIclustermap.git

Also you may download zip file with ANIclustermap https://github.com/moshi4/ANIclustermap/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone ANIclustermap with SSH
