How to download and setup Cell_BLAST

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/gao-lab/Cell_BLAST.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of Cell_BLAST repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with Cell_BLAST https://github.com/gao-lab/Cell_BLAST/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone Cell_BLAST with SSH

[email protected]:gao-lab/Cell_BLAST.git
