FluentDNA
FluentDNA allows you to browse sequence data of any size using a zooming visualization similar to Google Maps. You can use FluentDNA as a standalone program or as a python module for your own bioinformatics projects.
How to download and setup FluentDNA
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/josiahseaman/FluentDNA.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of FluentDNA repositories.
You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with FluentDNA https://github.com/josiahseaman/FluentDNA/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone FluentDNA with SSH
