GraffiTE is a pipeline that finds polymorphic transposable elements in genome assemblies and genotypes the discovered polymorphisms in read sets using a pangenomic approach.

How to download and setup GraffiTE

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/cgroza/GraffiTE.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of GraffiTE repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with GraffiTE https://github.com/cgroza/GraffiTE/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone GraffiTE with SSH

[email protected]:cgroza/GraffiTE.git
