Longbow is a tool for automating simulations on a remote HPC machine. Longbow is designed to mimic the normal way an application is run locally but allows simulations to be sent to powerful machines.

How to download and setup Longbow

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/HECBioSim/Longbow.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of Longbow repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with Longbow https://github.com/HECBioSim/Longbow/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone Longbow with SSH

[email protected]:HECBioSim/Longbow.git
