How to download and setup V-pipe

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/cbg-ethz/V-pipe.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of V-pipe repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.
it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with V-pipe https://github.com/cbg-ethz/V-pipe/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone V-pipe with SSH

[email protected]:cbg-ethz/V-pipe.git
