How to download and setup EDGE

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/LANL-Bioinformatics/EDGE.git

it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.

Also you may download zip file with EDGE https://github.com/LANL-Bioinformatics/EDGE/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone EDGE with SSH
