How to download and setup manta

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/Illumina/manta.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of manta repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with manta https://github.com/Illumina/manta/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone manta with SSH
