Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/adhocore/phint.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of phint repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with phint https://github.com/adhocore/phint/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone phint with SSH
