How to download and setup staramr

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/phac-nml/staramr.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of staramr repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with staramr https://github.com/phac-nml/staramr/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone staramr with SSH
