How to download and setup docker-aosp
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/kylemanna/docker-aosp.git

Also you may download zip file with docker-aosp https://github.com/kylemanna/docker-aosp/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone docker-aosp with SSH
