PyXOpto is a collection of python tools for performing Monte Carlo simulations of light propagation in turbid media.
How to download and setup pyxopto
Open terminal and run command
git clone https://github.com/xopto/pyxopto.git
git clone is used to create a copy or clone of pyxopto repositories.
You pass git clone a repository URL. it supports a few different network protocols and corresponding URL formats.
Also you may download zip file with pyxopto https://github.com/xopto/pyxopto/archive/master.zip
Or simply clone pyxopto with SSH
[email protected]:xopto/pyxopto.git
