How to download and setup companion

Open terminal and run command

git clone https://github.com/sanger-pathogens/companion.git

git clone is used to create a copy or clone of companion repositories. You pass git clone a repository URL.

Also you may download zip file with companion https://github.com/sanger-pathogens/companion/archive/master.zip

Or simply clone companion with SSH
